REFLECT 2026 - End-of-Year Retreat: Becoming Whole is a calming, nurturing four-week journey designed to help you close out the year with softness, intention, and clarity. Running from 1–22 December 2026, every Tuesday from 7:00–8:30pm GMT, this programme offers a gentle pause—a protected space for you to breathe, reflect, release, and reset before stepping into a new year.

You’ll begin by honouring your year as it truly was. In Week 1, you’ll be guided through reflective practices that help you acknowledge your growth, resilience, and the moments you survived or overcame. It’s a space to witness both the joy and the difficulty, and to recognise the strength it took to make it through. Together, we’ll practice gratitude in a way that feels real, grounded, and healing.

Week 2 creates room for release. You’ll gently explore what you’re ready to let go of before crossing into a new year—old stories, emotional burdens, self-judgment, or unresolved tension. Through a simple release ritual, forgiveness work (towards yourself and others), and compassionate mindfulness, you’ll create space for new possibilities. This is an invitation to step into 2027 with a clearer heart and a quieter mind.

In Week 3, you’ll explore the transformative power of rest. You’ll learn why slowing down is a form of resistance to hustle culture and why your body and mind crave restoration at this time of year. You’ll practice grounding, restorative exercises, and learn from the wisdom of winter—its stillness, its rhythms, and its reminder that rest is not a luxury but a necessity.

The final week is dedicated to setting intentions for the year ahead—intentions rooted in your values, your truth, and your lived experience. You’ll explore what matters most to you now, clarify how you want to show up in 2027, and create a gentle vision for your next chapter. The programme ends with a warm community celebration, honouring your presence, your growth, and your courage.
