Every woman carries a story—some chapters written with intention, others shaped by family patterns, early experiences, cultural expectations, or moments that left quiet imprints on the heart. Over time, these stories can become scripts that define how you see yourself, how you love, how you lead, and how you move through the world.

This programme offers a compassionate, reflective space to uncover the narratives that have shaped you and gently rewrite the ones that no longer serve who you’re becoming. Through guided exploration, inner-child work, thought reframing, creativity, and embodied practices, you’ll learn to honour your past without allowing it to hold you hostage.
