Grief changes us. It softens, rearranges, unsettles, and sometimes silences parts of our lives we once recognised. This programme is a tender space created for anyone navigating loss in its many forms—loss of people, relationships, dreams, identity, health, or versions of yourself you’ve had to leave behind.

Here, you are met with compassion, understanding, and gentle guidance as you explore what it means to honour your losses while slowly opening to what life is inviting next. You are not asked to rush, “move on,” or be strong. Instead, you are invited to breathe, acknowledge, and carry your grief with grace.

Across six supportive weeks, you’ll explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of grief in a way that feels steady, safe, and grounded. Each session combines reflection, education, therapeutic exercises, and guided practices to help you make sense of your loss without pressure or shame.

Grief in the Body
Exploring somatic release and nurturing your body.

Uncovering growth and meaning in pain.

A memorial ritual, honouring the past and what’s next—at your pace.
